Longton Light Alloys is part of a small group together with our sister company Gladstone Engineering.
This provides our foundry with access to a full range of facilities including fabrication machining, assembly and finishing such as Spray painting or Powder coating.
Our on-site machine shop can offer a full machining service including centre lathe turning, boring and milling. We can offer proof machining of castings or full machining to drawing. We also work closely with a list of approved suppliers who can provide Tool making, Pattern making and CNC machining.

Pattern Tooling
Here at Longton Light Alloys we are asked for some unusual pieces. They consist of a wide range of different sculptural and heritage pieces made in Aluminium or Bronze, although we can also create them in Zinc as well.
Inspection & Testing
From plaques to stanchions to the bonnet of a tractor, we have made various castings for Heritage and Restoration projects including different parts for listed buildings such as window frames and latches.
