Longton Light Alloys also offers a Gravity die casting service. Employing state of the art automatic control electric furnaces which ensure high quality control over metal melting. Gravity die castings gives us the opportunity to offer our customers the ability to move to larger volumes of casting production utilising permanent moulds to ensure tighter control of dimensional accuracy and quality. Die casting can offer an extremely economical method of producing large volumes of castings and with our extensive knowledge of this process, we can offer you the best solution for your application.
